キャンセルポリシー

Please let us know no less than 7 days in advance for PMU, and 3 days for any other appointment. If a deposit has been asked to secure your booking and you cancel/reschedule within that timeframe or are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will also lose your downpayment. If you cancel within 24hours or No Show, 25% of your service fee will be added to your next appointment. If you No Show as a first time client, we won't be able to take you on for any future appointments. WEEKEND DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you opted for the text reminder, it is a NO REPLY number.
